Free shipping is available in Quebec and the US for all orders over $100!
International delivery:
For our customers elsewhere and around the world, please note that all prices in our store are in Canadian dollars, but you can change the store's currency.
The carriers we work with are:
- Canada Post.
- DHL
In both cases, we will send you a tracking number.
- Orders are processed within three working days after receipt of your payment (subject to available inventory).
*For Senegal, we work with the transport company Ols whose shipping rate is $50/kg including customs fees.
Kaylabé is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, stolen or damaged packages, or fees incurred due to customs formalities and buyer liability. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Kaylabé has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all additional fees related to customs clearance and taxes in their country.
Return policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
Cancellations and exchanges of orders that are correct and without errors are not permitted.
