To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such modifications will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
By consenting to Kaylabé SMS messaging during checkout and initiating a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring SMS notifications from and on behalf of Kaylabé through your wireless service provider to the mobile phone number you provided, even if your mobile phone number is registered on the Federal Do Not Call List.
Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., abandoned cart reminders), SMS marketing offers, and transactional SMS messages, including requests for feedback from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all text messaging fees and charges imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. You will receive a one-time SMS confirmation of your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them. If you have subscribed to other Amimoc mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, unless required otherwise by applicable law, you must unsubscribe from those programs separately by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms and conditions.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you obtain a new mobile number, you will need to register for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for the failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent via the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the Service.
