My name is Aissata B and I am the founder of Kaylabé. My journey began with a personal and family need. It all started with my son's chronic eczema, on which cortisone was no longer effective.

As a mother, I felt helpless in the face of her skin bleeding from eczema patches.

As a woman with afro-kinky hair, I was frustrated by the lack of truly natural, preservative-free products that smell good and would allow me to care for my hair while promoting healthy and rapid growth.

As a lover of love, I love effective products that target a problem in order to solve it.

Faced with an industry in which even 'so-called natural' brands dilute their active ingredients to make more profit by adding preservatives, I aspired to create truly clean, organic and active-rich products.

This is how Kaylabé was born. We use natural ingredients like garlic, onion, carrot, pumpkin, and Ayurvedic powders to formulate effective and healthy hair care products. Our mission is to simplify natural hair care, making it enjoyable and accessible to everyone, while celebrating the natural beauty of every hair type.

In October 2023, I suffered a stroke. It was a difficult time, but Kaylabé is a great source of motivation.
