Free shipping in Quebec and the US for all orders over $100!
We work with several reputable and insured carriers to deliver your orders worldwide, with tracking number included. Orders are processed within three business days of payment receipt (subject to available inventory).
For our customers around the world, please note that all prices in our store are in Canadian dollars, but you can change the store currency.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes collected upon arrival in your country. Kaylabé has no control over these fees — it is the customer's responsibility to pay all customs clearance fees and local taxes.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Here are the conditions under which a return or exchange is possible.
Returns accepted
- Unopened and unused products, in their original packaging
- Request made within 14 days of receipt
- Product in perfect condition (undamaged, labels intact)
Returns not accepted
- Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or promotional items
- Requests made after 14 days
Procedure
- Contact us at contact@kaylabe.com with your order number and a photo of the product
- We will validate your request within 48 hours
- Return the product at your expense to our address
- Refund or exchange processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt
Damaged product upon receipt If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo — we review each situation on a case-by-case basis.
